Love the reusable nature of glass bubble tea tumblers! Service is also top notch, as I had a faulty one and received a replacement within 2 days of advising! Super high quality and luxe feeling tumbler - great for making bubble tea when working from home :)

simple and thoughtful design. i love drinking through the glass straw. for a long time i avoided bubble tea because of the plastic waste but now i can live ethically whilst sipping a large warm original pearl milk tea with 30% sugar. thanks bobbleware

Packaging was disappointing i guess only good thing is it didn't break consider was rattling around a box for days in transit.
